Shipping and Returns
We will always mail insured parcels from Germany, as a rule with our delivery service DHL.
We mail discreet, neutral parcels without printet advertising, indicating the sender as "Berliner Unfrei GmbH".
For deliveries within Germany, our standard rate is 5,00 Euro per
order, for cash-on-delivery orders we charge an additional 7,00 Euro
For shipment to European foreign countries our standard rate is - as long as the country is part of our list - 12,50 Euro per order. The European countries we regularly ship to you can see in the list below.
To all other countries we only ship at request. We do not ship to USA or Canada.

The delivery charges are inclusive of German VAT at currently 19%.
For deliveries within Germany we also send to parcel stations.
In this case please supply your ID number and the address of the parcel station as the delivery address.
If the delivery is obviously damaged or was delivered to you incompletely, we ask that the damage or the absence of part of the delivery is countersigned by the deliverer and to contact us without delay.
